Non-Returnable Items:

  • Swim Bottoms: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swim bottoms. If you are unsure about your size, please reach out to us at contact@montaukswim.com for assistance before placing your order.

Returnable Items:

  • Swim Tops: You may return swim tops as long as they show no signs of wear, such as stains, marks, or any indications that the item has been used. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

You must return your item within 14 days of purchasing.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@montaukswim.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
